  • Do I have to be a runner to join this experience?
    Not at all! This experience is for women who walk, run, or want to transition between the two and become consistent. Whether you’re an experienced walker or just starting to explore running, this program meets you where you are and helps you progress at your own pace.
  • I’ve tried walking or running before and couldn’t stick with it. How is this different?
    This isn’t just a course; it’s a year-long experience designed to support you holistically. We address the mental, emotional, and physical challenges that often hold women back, with an emphasis on consistency, community, and celebrating progress—not perfection.
  • What if I can’t keep up or miss a week?
    Life happens, and that’s okay. Each month builds on the last, but the program is designed so you can jump back in whenever you’re ready. Plus, the TRU Tribe community will always be there to cheer you on and help you get back on track.
  • How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
    YOU can customize your commitment to fit your schedule which is the best part about this program! Every Sunday you will get to create your own weekly schedule! Walks or runs can take as little as 10 minutes a few times a week. The idea will be to make this a habit at your pace. Additional resources like coaching calls and journaling are optional but highly recommended for the best experience.
  • I’m worried about injuries or physical limitations. Can I still join?
    Absolutely. This program emphasizes safe, sustainable practices that help you move comfortably and confidently. You’ll learn techniques to reduce injury risk, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body and progress at a pace that feels right for you.
  • I don't live in Phoenix, can I still join?
    Yes! All the information is done online in my Mighty Network community platform. We currently have members around the country and even have one in Germany.
  • Are there specific age restrictions for the program?
    While I do focus mostly on women over 50 years old, this program is open to women of all ages who are ready to make walking/running a habit. The age ranges of our team span from early 30s to late 70s!
  • What happens after I sign up?
    You’ll receive a welcome email with all the details to get started. You will get immediate access to the TRU Tribe Community. January "Missions" will be available on 1/1/25. Content will be dripped monthly, so you’ll never feel overwhelmed. Our Kickoff Zoom is scheduled for Friday 1/3 at 4:30pm MST and we will officially start with Week 1 on 1/5/25. Mark your calendar now!
